Orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority, which usually takes 2-3 business days, depending on your location.
If your purchase does not work out for you, we are happy to exchange or refund you for most items. However, due to the nature of a small online business, there are some return guidelines and restrictions.
Because of the limited quantities per style and size, we cannot guarantee we will have any specific items available for exchange. Our inventory moves quickly, but we will do whatever we can to exchange size or restock an item you simply can’t live without!
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
All clothing and accessories must be returned unsoiled (no makeup residue), undamaged, unworn, original tags still attached and/or in their original box. We simply cannot honor any refunds if these standards are not met.
No returns or exchanges on swimsuits, board shorts, clearance items, jewelry, hats and CBD products. You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return a regularly priced item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags still on and intact. Your item must have the receipt for proof of purchase. Any returns after 14 calendar days will be honored with store credit. No cash back.
Shipping fees are not refunded. Customer is responsible for all return and/or exchange shipping fees.
We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds for items sent back that do not meet these standards.
All refunds will be processed 7-10 days after receiving and inspecting return.
