Join us in celebrating the Winter Solstice December 21, 2025 and join our self guided 5:00pm-5:30pm sauna session with Löyly Drift mobile barrel saunas at Brighton Beach. Each sauna session includes 30 minutes. We will encourage participants to cold cycle 15 minutes in, and then participants can continue to sauna after for the remainder of time if they choose. Essential oils will be on hand for those that are interested. We will have a solo stove if you arrive early or decide to linger after your sauna session.
Plan to show up 5-10 minutes before your session so you can fill out your waiver and are ready to enjoy this wellness experience. Bring proper footwear for cycling through your sauna if you choose to cold cycle.
Please note: bring your own water as we encourage staying hydrated! There is no changing room on-site and bathrooms will not be accessible as we are in the park, so please come ready to sauna. Waivers will be filled out on-site provided by Löyly Drift.
